Onno’s Intercultural Awareness course covers the basics of Intercultural Awareness and Communciations skills as well as language training to communicate with clients who speak English as a second language by using simpler language and writing clearer contracts and documents.
This course can be adapted to suit the firm's most pressing problems: understanding potential differences in client outlook or communication, written or oral communication with clients, and/or producing clearer documents. This will be discussed and agreed before delivery.
This course runs for closed groups or teams. It is delivered in a 3-hour session on-site. Online and webinar options are available if requested.
