Onno’s Intercultural Awareness course covers Intercultural Awareness & Communciations skills to better engage with international clients based on an understanding of cultural differences. It also includes basic language skills for interacting with business clients from different cultures and with different first languages more effectively.
This course runs for closed groups or teams. It is delivered in a 3-hour session on-site. Online and webinar options are available if requested.
